為什么增壓器是發(fā)動機(jī)上容易出故障的總成?
因?yàn)樵鰤浩鞯念~定工作轉(zhuǎn)速在每分鐘13萬轉(zhuǎn)以上，且處于排氣歧管出口處，溫度（800℃以上），進(jìn)、排氣壓力也較大，即高溫、高壓、高轉(zhuǎn)速，所以對增壓器的潤滑和冷卻及密封的要求比較高。為了增壓器的使用壽命，在設(shè)計上要對增壓器浮動軸承的潤滑和冷卻，同時，在使用中要求做到：
① 發(fā)動機(jī)起動后應(yīng)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘，不要立即加負(fù)荷，以增壓器的良好潤滑。主要原因是增壓器位于發(fā)動機(jī)的頂部，如果發(fā)動機(jī)起動后增壓器立即開始高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，就會導(dǎo)致機(jī)油壓力未能及時升高給增壓器供油，造成增壓器缺油損壞，甚至燒壞整個增壓器。
② 怠速時間不宜過長，一般不超過10分鐘，怠速時間過長容易造成壓氣機(jī)端漏油。
③ _停車前不要立即關(guān)閉發(fā)動機(jī)，應(yīng)怠速3-5分鐘，以使增壓器轉(zhuǎn)速和排氣系統(tǒng)的溫度降下來，防止發(fā)生回?zé)帷獧C(jī)油結(jié)焦—軸承燒損等故障。經(jīng)常性的不正確使用會使增壓器損壞。
④ 長期未使用的發(fā)動機(jī)（一般超過7天），或新?lián)Q增壓器的發(fā)動機(jī)，在使用前應(yīng)在增壓器的進(jìn)油口加注機(jī)油，否則會因潤滑不良降低壽命或損壞增壓器。
⑤ 定期檢查各連接部位是否有松動漏氣/_漏油現(xiàn)象，回油管是否通暢，如有應(yīng)及時排除。
⑥ 空氣濾清器清潔，并按要求定期更換。
⑦ 定期更換機(jī)油/_機(jī)油濾清器。
⑧ 定期檢查增壓器軸的徑向軸向間隙，軸向間隙應(yīng)不大于0.15毫米，徑向間隙為：葉輪與壓殼的間隙不小于0.10毫米，否則應(yīng)請人員維修，以免擴(kuò)大損失。
